COVID-19 Vaccination Update:

Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has issued new interim public health recommendations for fully vaccinated people. These recommendations are intended to loosen restrictions for fully vaccinated people. However, these recommendations apply only to non-health care settings. CDC still endorses workplace safety protocols as outlined by our policy. Please note fully vaccinated patients will still be required to have temperature control, wear a mask, social distance, and proceed with guidelines established by our practice as patients that are seen in our office are not required to be vaccinated to be treated.

Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
